One of my favorite snack break memories is this Gâteau Basque 8km in on the first day of the Camino at Auberge Orisson.
After a morning of walking up, up, up, and up—~1000m of elevation gain at that point, it was a fantastic break.
In hindsight, it would have been a good place to rest for the night instead of pushing on to Roncesvalles.
