Google Trends World Cup Football – Conspiracy Part II

See, I told you so. Japan was up 1-0 for most of the match against Australia, trying to prove me wrong. But the Gods came through again and allowed Australia to score 3 goals in the last 3 minutes.

1:01pm Update: I admit it… I underestimated the Soviet influence on the USA vs. Czech Republic game. It’s obvious Sergey pulled a few strings just to have the Czech Republic win, having a soft heart for the whole “used to be controlled by Soviet wonderfullness” thing. I’m guessing that Larry tried to stand up to it, but was told by Eric that it would be a good strategic move to further disguise the real power behind this year’s . We’ll scratch this from the Google Trends conspiracy consideration from now and continue as planned.

4:02pm Update: And there you go. Italy ignoring the USA match and sticking with the Google Trend. That’s it for today. Predictions for tomorrow are already in the post below, but we’ll keep an eye on it. Go conspiracy!
