For the Search Impaired

Just a quick little lesson for those who haven’t discovered this yet…

When you search for something in Google or Yahoo, it may come up with a result that used to be on the main page of a website (i.e. blog) a month or two ago.

If you click on the direct link, you will more than likely be brought directly to the main page and you will not be able to find what you are looking for. If you instead click on “cached” next to the link, you will be brought to the page where the search terms were matched… example:

So if you found this page by searching for something, click Back in your browser, and then click on the cache page. Then you may be able to find the jimmy eat world mp3 that you guys keep on coming here for… Enjoy!
